Park Place Townhomes
After looking for a home in Steamboat Springs for years, we found a multi-family lot in a wonderful location downtown that we kept coming back to with the “wild” idea of possibly developing a project there. We ran the idea past a long-time friend over dinner which led to a quick tour of the site which led to a “let’s do it!” Zoned for 6, we built 3 Townhomes, lightly connected and juxtaposed to create significant private exterior living space.
