Who

Brad Schrock, AIA, is the owner of Schrock KC Architecture and Consulting. Brad is a former director of HOK’s global Sports + Recreation + Entertainment practice, founding principal of 360 Architecture and Heinlein Schrock Stearns. Brad recently started Schrock KC to focus on special projects and sports facility design consulting.

Over the past three decades, Brad has created visionary architectural designs for sports, entertainment, corporate and mixed-use projects across the country. He is recognized for bringing extraordinary personal commitment and award-winning design solutions to each project.

Brad’s recent work includes design consulting for a new ballpark for the Oakland A’s, the Las Vegas Ballpark for the AAA 51’s, PayPal Stadium for MLS’s San Jose Earthquakes in San Jose, California; the award-winning T-Mobile Center Arena in Kansas City, Missouri; the renovation and expansion of the University of Washington’s Husky Stadium in Seattle; and the design of a new proposed arena in Seattle to attract an NBA team. He was instrumental in the design of the Nationwide Arena and the surrounding 75-acre mixed-use district that has revitalized downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Prior to co-founding Heinlein Schrock Stearns in 1995 and 360 Architecture in 2004, Brad was a vice president and lead designer for HOK. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas.
